Traces of the past, incomparable natural scenery, gastronomy and tradition in Massa Lubrense.
The municipality of Massa Lubrense, in a privileged panoramic position, occupies the extreme edge of the Sorrento Peninsula, among the most famous tourist destinations in Italy thanks to its wonderful natural scenery. Jutting out into the Tyrrhenian Sea almost touching the island of Capri, it acts as a watershed between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno.
Massa Lubrense maintains a more secluded character and preserves flavors and suggestions that have disappeared elsewhere, such as the small agricultural hamlets, hamlets and seaside villages.
Art and tradition characterize the numerous inhabited centers (the hamlets of the municipality are 18 in total), which preserve important classical and medieval testimonies, alongside Renaissance and Baroque architecture. Surrounded by greenery, the hamlets are connected to each other both by roads and alleys and by internal paths, signposted and easily accessible.
